Midwest Integrative Dental Medicine does require full payment at the time of service. This includes co-payments and deductibles. Please understand that all insurance benefits are estimates only and actual insurance payments are made in accordance with the contract between you and your insurer, as determined by your insurer. Your actual payment may be more or less than quoted to you. We offer interest-free financing for 12 months with Citi Card and CareCredit.
